Justin Reizes

Mr. Reizes is an experienced global investor with over 20 years leading and managing investments. Mr. Reizes worked with KKR & Co. for over 15 years where in 2005 he was one of the two founding employees of KKR Asia and helped build out and grow the business into one of the largest Asia Pacific focused private equity businesses with over $40bn of AUM. He also built and diversified the Australia and New Zealand business, making investments across multiple asset classes (private equity, credit, special situations, real estate and resources). Mr. Reizes initially joined KKR in 1999 in London when KKR Europe was founded. At KKR, Mr. Reizes served as the head of the Australia and New Zealand business, a member of the senior management team for KKR Asia, Head of Energy and Resources for Asia Pacific and a member of the Asia Portfolio Management Committee.

Mr. Reizes was involved in or led over $10 billion in aggregate value of acquisitions in private equity, toe hold positions in public companies, real estate, agriculture, resources, distressed credit and special situations.

Prior to KKR, from 1996 to 1999, Mr. Reizes was in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley in New York and Houston, and in Morgan Stanley’s Private Equity Group (Morgan Stanley Capital Partners) in London.
