Gideon Pfeffer

Gideon Pfeffer has over 20+ years of real estate investing experience, focused on the acquisition and renovation of workforce multifamily housing. He is the CEO and Managing Partner, of the GSH Group, a partner in various real estate ventures, and was previously with Red Cedar Residential and Precise Associates.

Mr. Peffer has a BS in Finance from Syracuse University.

Mr. Pfeffer contributes articles to INC. Magazine and was selected as one of Business Magazine’s “30 in their 30s” honorees in 2017. He has served on various board and advisory roles for non-profit groups focused on community development and the revitalization of the City of Detroit. He also supports students in need at Syracuse University through the Jaime and Gideon Pfeffer Scholarship Fund.
